Since the company was founded in 2011, we have built nearly 100 homes that are both beautiful and affordable. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of construction and tailor each customer's experience to their unique needs and expectations.

Brady Smith
Brady founded Smith Development Company, LLC in 2011 after graduating college with degrees in Entrepreneurship Management and Accounting from the University of Minnesota. He learned the construction trade from his father Tom, who is also a part of the company.
