Parade of Homes
This free event allows the public to tour newly constructed homes in all price ranges throughout the Sioux Empire. We would love for you all to tour our two homes this fall! The event will be held September 17th-18th and 24th-25th, with homes open from 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
We're excited to announce that one of our homes is featured in the May issue of Home Ideas Magazine. The article that features our work is titled "Natural Tones" and focuses on the warm, inviting finishings of our new home construction.
Every year, the Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire (HBASE) hosts a Parade of Homes in the spring and fall. This event is a home tour that showcases newly constructed homes in the Sioux Falls region. This year, we are participating in the 2016 Spring Parade of Homes. Our home will be Number 33 on the tour, located at 2232 E Stone Pointe Cr. in Sioux Falls, SD.
Each year, the Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire (HBASE) hosts a Parade of Homes in the spring and fall. In the Single Family Home Category of the 2015 Fall Parade of Homes, Smith Development Company was given the Award of Excellence for the $305,000-$350,000 price range.
